OnOrder CRM β€” Financial Operations Management

A web CRM for financial operations: keep requests, client settlements, commissions and management reports in one workspace.

Project Goal

Give managers, accountants and directors connected views of financial requests and their outcomes. Keep transaction details, counterparties and client balances available alongside operational reporting.

Solution and Architecture

A React administration client connects to a separate Symfony API. The data model links requests to managers, companies and client settlement records. Role-specific navigation separates everyday work from accounting and director reporting. The interface includes operation statuses, percentage-based calculations, salary and expense records, and spreadsheet exports.

All screenshots show fictional users, counterparties, requests and financial amounts in an isolated local database. These values illustrate the interface and are not commercial results. No production database was copied and no real money was transferred. Sign-in, populated lists, client settlements, director summaries and spreadsheet downloads were checked locally; this is not an audit of financial calculations or access controls.

Advantages

  • 🧾 Keep requests in context β€” amounts, counterparties, rates and status appear in the same register.
  • 🀝 Follow client settlements β€” related operations and balance components are grouped by client.
  • πŸ‘₯ Work through role-specific views β€” managers, accountants and directors have navigation for their responsibilities.
  • πŸ“Š Review financial periods β€” monthly summaries show income, expenses, salaries and net profit together.
  • πŸ“€ Prepare data for further analysis β€” spreadsheet exports support request and salary reporting.

Technologies

The administration application uses React 18, JavaScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS and Redux Toolkit with RTK Query. The PHP API uses Symfony 6.4, API Platform and Doctrine ORM. The isolated demonstration runs on SQLite; the case does not infer the production database from this local setup.

Developing a CRM for financial operations

OnOrder CRM connects financial request processing with client settlements and management reporting. Its case shows how a specialised web application can organise the work of managers, accountants and directors.

Financial requests as the centre of daily work

A financial operation needs more context than a standalone amount. OnOrder groups counterparties, percentage rates, responsible managers and operation statuses in a shared register. Client profiles lead to related settlement records, while company profiles keep counterparty details available to the team.

Connected accounting and director reporting

The application combines client balances with expense and salary records. The director view presents current-period figures and monthly summaries. Spreadsheet exports provide a way to continue analysing request and salary data outside the application. Demonstration figures explain these workflows without claiming business growth or verified accounting accuracy.

A separate interface and structured API

React and RTK Query handle the administration interface and API requests. Symfony, API Platform and Doctrine model the financial records and their relationships. This separation supports distinct views over shared data without presenting the CRM as a banking system or a payment processor.
