Real estate investment platform development: the Bober project
A real estate investment platform with property listings and an investor account.
Property discovery and the investor account
Bober brings a property catalogue and an investor’s financial overview into one platform. Users can explore photographs, project status and investment information on property pages, then review investments, accruals and balance information in their account. These are separate workflows with different information needs, connected through the same product.
Web, mobile and administration components
The project combines a Next.js and TypeScript web frontend, a React administration panel and a Symfony API built with API Platform. The mobile application uses React Native and Expo, with MySQL and Doctrine ORM supporting the backend. For a similar product, define property data, investor account workflows and administration roles before estimating scope. Screenshots on this page show a local demonstration with fictional accounts, properties and financial data.
