Property discovery and real estate services in Montenegro, brought together in a mobile application.
Project Goal
Give property seekers a mobile way to browse listings, review individual properties and explore the services of CMM Investment Consulting Group.
Concept
The application connects a property catalogue with detailed listing pages. Search and categories help visitors narrow their selection; photographs, location, price and property characteristics support a closer look at each offer.

A catalogue for discovery, a property detail screen for evaluation and dedicated content about real estate services.
Screenshots show the actual Android application running locally with a test API and fictional listings. Property photographs are illustrative. The production backend and iOS build were not run for this demonstration.

Real estate mobile app development: the CMM project
CMM illustrates a mobile real estate product that connects property discovery with the services of an investment consulting group. The interface gives visitors a path from a catalogue to the information needed to evaluate an individual property.
From property search to a detailed listing
The catalogue supports category selection and text search, with grid and list views for browsing. A detail screen brings together photographs, location, price, property characteristics and amenities. When planning a similar application, define the listing fields and search criteria around the information property seekers actually compare.
A mobile client connected to listing data
The React Native and Expo application uses React Navigation and a WordPress REST integration. The repository also contains dedicated screens for legal, investment and rental services. For this case, the Android client was demonstrated with a local fixture API and six fictional listings; the images do not represent live offers or investment results.
